Once we've set up WordPress websites for clients, we don't just abandon them to get tangled up in (what can be) confusing code, many menus, and an unfamiliar user-interface! Some people take to WordPress like a duck to water, however for those who find it all a bit much to begin with, we have created an online help document to assist with the basics when you get started.
We thought it best to post the guide online rather than email our clients a word document, because you'll know that by accessing the link, you are viewing the latest version of the guide, and we don't have to keep bothering you with emails to update you with the latest version.
Our guide covers the differences between posts and pages, the basics of adding content (be it text, images, videos or even PDFs), creating links, and because we like you so much - anything else you want! We've started the guide off to get things moving for you, but if anything doesn't make sense to you, or you want to find out about something that hasn't been covered yet, all you have to do is get in touch and ask us to re-word or add more content!
