Hardware and Software Technical Support
Visiting a hardware or software manufacturers web site is usually a good first step when looking for troubleshooting advice for your product.

Most manufacturer's web sites contain links to downloadable files (such as the latest patch, driver, upgrade or bug-fix) should that particular item of software or hardware be experiencing problems.  Most of these web sites also feature a list of answers to "frequently asked questions" (FAQ's) from other customers which is usually a very good way to solve your technical difficulties. You can, of course, also contact the manufacturer directly via their web site, to try to resolve your problem/s.
